Job DescriptionHR ManagerLocation: Bristol (with monthly travel to Derby and quarterly travel to Leeds)Contract Type: Permanent | Full TimeSalary: 60,000- 75,000 plus car, up to 25% bonus and benefitsAre you an immediately available senior HR professional ready to make a strategic impact across a multi-site UK operation? We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join a well-established international engineering and manufacturing business that delivers high-tech solutions to the food and pharmaceutical sectors.This is a pivotal role, combining strategic HR leadership with hands-on generalist responsibilities across three UK sites. You will partner closely with senior leadership teams to shape people strategy, lead change management initiatives, and support global HR programmes while ensuring operational HR excellence.Key Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers on all aspects of HR strategy, policy, and best practiceLead and deliver organisational development and change initiativesOversee all HR activity across three UK sites, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and pensionsManage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning in line with business objectivesDrive performance, engagement, and learning & development strategiesSupport employee wellbeing through structured programmes and Occupational Health liaisonEnsure compliance with UK employment legislation and internal governance processesAbout You:CIPD Level 7 or equivalent professional experienceStrong HR generalist background with experience in a multinational environmentManufacturing experience is beneficialIn-depth knowledge of UK employment law, including acquisitions and change managementProven ability to manage payroll and benefits administrationData-driven mindset with strong project management and communication skillsConfident in HR systems and technologyAble to influence at all levels and travel regularly across UK sitesBenefits:60,000 - 75,000 plus company carBonus up to 25%27 days annual leave plus bank holidaysPension scheme with enhanced employer contributions7x salary life assuranceBUPAIncome protection (after 2 years' service)Cycle to work and tech purchase schemesWellbeing support via Everymind at WorkHybrid workingThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR leader to shape and deliver impactful people strategies within a respected and growing global organisation.
