Job Description Office Manager & PAAs we continue to grow, were looking for a highly organised PA & Office Manager to support our owners and wider team, helping keep our office running smoothly while providing essential administrative and operational support across the business.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing B Corp brand thats scaling quickly, staying true to its values, and still having lots of fun along the way!The role will be 30 hours per week, days and timings can be discussed at interview we are flexible on this. Salary will be prorated to reflect the working hours. The Role: PA & Office ManagerThis is a varied, hands-on role at the centre of our business where no two days are the same.Youll play a key role in keeping our Bristol HQ running smoothly - managing the office environment, supporting the owners with day-to-day organisation, and assisting HR with important people and culture administration.From coordinating meetings and travel to supporting onboarding and helping keep our B Corp data and compliance organised, youll be the go-to person who keeps things running efficiently.About The Jolly HogOnce upon a time, there were three brothers - a rugby player, a ship-broker and a cabinet-maker. After a heated debate about the perfect pork sausages, the brothers decided to settle the argument by creating their own porky delights.Fast forward to 2026 and we now have a range of higher welfare, Great Taste award-winning pork products in Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, Waitrose, Ocado, Coop, Morrisons and Gousto, along with a restaurant called Pigsty on Bristols Wapping Wharf. We also run mobile catering at events up and down the country including Winter Wonderland, Goodwood and Glastonbury, just to name a few.In 2022 we achieved our B Corp Certification, which we are hugely proud of. This demonstrates our commitment to balancing people and planet with profit. All our team are involved in our Social & Environmental initiatives from day one. Key ResponsibilitiesPA SupportProactively managing the owners calendars and coordinating a high volume of meetingsSupporting preparation for external meetings and presentationsOrganising travel arrangements including itineraries and accommodationTaking meeting minutes when requiredPreparing presentations and reports on an ad-hoc basisPreparing monthly expense reports for the ownersHandling emails and correspondence on behalf of the owners where neededHR SupportAssisting with onboarding and new starter administrationKeeping HR records and compliance documentation up to dateAssist in staffing for eventsTracking Social & Environmental impact measures and B Corp dataAssisting with Jolly Good Deeds administrationSupporting recruitment coordinationOffice ManagementMaintaining the office environment, including ordering supplies and ensuring the space runs smoothlyManaging access control, including key allocation and recordsProactively managing Health & Safety documentation and risk assessmentsManaging our customer compliments & complaints mailboxLiaising with suppliers and service providersOrganising travel and accommodation for the teamCoordinating office maintenance and facilitiesWhat Were Looking ForPrevious experience in a PA, Office Manager, Administrative or Operations roleHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident managing multiple priorities and keeping things on trackExcellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitudeComfortable working with calendars, documents, spreadsheets and general admin systemsSomeone who enjoys supporting a fast-moving, entrepreneurial teamLife at The Jolly HogWere a small, ambitious team who care about doing things properlyWere not corporate - no politics, just passionate peopleThe role will be based out of our Central Bristol office this isnt a remote roleWe work hard, have a lot of laughs, and never stand stillWe are not about being second best.
