Billing Supervisor

Your new company UK based law firm Your new role As our Billing Supervisor, you will oversee a team of billing specialists (billing and e-billing), ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely delivery of all client billing. You'll play a central role in maintaining high standards, improving processes, and supporting the wider finance function.Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10 billing professionals Oversee the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance Review and approve invoices, write-offs, and adjustments Work closely with partners, fee-earners, and finance colleagues to resolve queries Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency Produce regular billing reports and performance metrics What you'll need to succeed At least 3 years' experience in a billing, revenue, or finance supervisory role (within a law firm is a must) Experience on onboarding new clients onto ebilling platforms Strong people-management skills with a collaborative, supportive approach Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset Confidence working with billing systems and financial software The ability to communicate clearly and build strong working relationships What you'll get in return Flexible working options available-100% remote Great team to work with Strong benefits What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
