Job Description Talent and DeliveryLocation: Remote (with occasional travel to Bristol office)Contract Type: Contract (Outside IR35)Day Rate: Up to 500 per dayStart Date: ASAPOverviewWe are seeking a Senior Talent & Delivery Director to support large-scale recruitment programmes, contribute to organisational transformation initiatives, and assist in the delivery of digital and product-focused solutions.This is a remote contract role with occasional travel to a Bristol-based office, suited to a hands-on leader who can operate across Talent Acquisition, Agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement.You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support workforce strategy, enhance recruitment capability, and contribute to improving the candidate experience across the UK and international regions.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce StrategySupport end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple regions, including senior hiresContribute to building talent pipelines and sourcing strategiesAssist in reducing agency reliance and improving recruitment efficiencySupport initiatives to enhance employer branding and candidate experienceHelp implement data-driven hiring processesAgile Delivery & Product SupportSupport Product Owners and stakeholders on ATS and digital platform enhancementsAssist in translating business needs into user-focused improvementsContribute to backlog management, sprint cycles, and delivery trackingWork with cross-functional teams to support digital product deliveryParticipate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiativesTransformation & ChangeSupport process improvements and transformation initiativesAssist in implementing new frameworks and operational changesHelp identify and resolve delivery challengesContribute to training sessions and internal capability buildingStakeholder & Team CollaborationWork with stakeholders across HR, Technology, and OperationsSupport and collaborate with recruitment and delivery teamsProvide input on market insights and hiring trendsEnsure alignment with ED&I and internal processesKey Skills & ExperienceExperience in a senior Talent Acquisition, Delivery, or Transformation roleExposure to global or multi-region hiringUnderstanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Experience working with ATS platforms and digital toolsStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with experience supporting reporting and insightsWhat Were Looking ForA hands-on, delivery-focused professionalSomeone comfortable supporting both strategy and executionExperience working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environmentsA proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilityA collaborative team player who can influence where neededSummaryThis is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level professional to contribute to talent and transformation initiatives within a flexible contract environment, offering strong exposure to recruitment strategy, delivery, and digital improvement programmes.
