Job Description Estimator Commercial Fit-Out Salary:50,000 55,000 depending on experienceLocation:Bristol (Hybrid considered for the right candidate 1 day per week in office)We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer of glazing and partition systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded estimator to join a specialist product business at an exciting stage of its growth.The RoleYou'll be responsible for estimating on commercial office fit-out projects, pricing glazing & partition systems for supply to main contractors. This is a product-only role no labour but the commercial complexity is real. You'll be reading architectural drawings, identifying commercial risk, and building pricing for projects that can reach 2m in product value.What You'll Be DoingPreparing detailed estimates and tender submissions for commercial fit-out projectsReading and interpreting architectural drawings and specificationsLiaising with main contractors and general contractorsIdentifying commercial risk within tender packagesWorking with Causeway estimating software and internal take-off toolsConverting between imperial and metric measurements as requiredWhat We're Looking ForA background in estimating for commercial fit-out (glazing, partitions or similar drywall/drylining considered)Comfortable pricing high-value, large-scale projectsFamiliarity with estimating software packagesAble to work independently and hit the ground runningA QS background with a desire to move into estimating will also be consideredWhat's on Offer50,000 55,000 (exceptional candidates may be considered above this range)Hybrid working arrangement considered once onboardedA growing business with an expanding international client baseJBRP1_UKTJ
