Job Description Operations Manager - High Rise Re-clad Bristol based80K - 100K + Car Allowance + BenefitsWe are working with a leading national regeneration contractor to recruit an Operations Manager to join their highly successful team based in Bristol.The Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering a high rise planned maintenance program including cladding and roofing works. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience on high rise or high risk buildings working for a Main Contractor.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Operations Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Project Managers, Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.Operations Manager Key Skills/Requirements:Ensure the delivery of the projects within the budget and time scales specifiedExperience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing / planned maintenance projectsFocus on motivation of the workforce to deliver on time and to budgetFocus on quality, customer service and deliverDriving profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra worksClient and tenant satisfactionProcess ManagementManagement of the customerHave an understanding of the financials on the contractSMSTS & NVQ Level 7 or equivalent Operations Manager Salary & PackageYou will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believes the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the groups success.
