About the Role As a Revenue Protection Officer , youll be part of a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment across our Southern Hubs including Rugby, NRC, Nuneaton, Coventry, and Rydon. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone whos eager to learn, grow and make a difference. We'll train you, support you, and give you the space to shape how Revenue Protection operates. Youll get hands-on experience with hub systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure parcels move accurately through key processes keeping our network running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Achieve excellent RP operational compliance across Southern Hubs, working flexibly across shifts where risks or issues arise. Liaise with RP senior management and suppliers to resolve issues youve identified. Perform ad-hoc audits as requested, using your observations to spot trends and gaps. Support the rollout and embedding of new RP equipment and processes. Suggest and drive positive operational changes that strengthen compliance and improve performance. Interested? Basic understanding of hub operations or systems (from any related role is a bonus but not essential). Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.
