Engineering Team Leader Near Rugby 55,000 + excellent benefits 4 on 4 off | Days & Nights | 12-hour shifts We are recruiting an Engineering Team Leader on behalf of a highly respected automated distribution business with multiple sites across the UK. The Role As Engineering Team Leader, youll be responsible for leading a shift-based maintenance team within a fast-paced automated environment. The role is hands-on, with a strong focus on people leadership, asset reliability, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of maintenance engineers Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities Acting as the escalation point for complex breakdowns and faults Ensuring compliance with H&S, site standards, and engineering best practice Driving improvements in up time, efficiency, and maintenance processes Supporting training, development, and performance management of engineers About You Were looking for a maintenance professional with supervisory or team leadership experience, ideally from an automated, manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or distribution environment.
