These accolades reflect our deep commitment to employee wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, and leadership trust.Main Responsibilities:Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets by providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.Foster a culture of high performance within the sales team and elevate standards consistently.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and maximize revenue from existing accounts in the education sector.Ensure robust CRM practices to manage the opportunity pipeline effectively.Enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value proposition of our educational solutions portfolio.Recruit, train, and manage the performance of sales representatives focused on the education sector.Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with schools and educational institutions.Provide sales forecasts, revenue projections, and market insights to the management team.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify market opportunities and potential threats.Collaborate with stakeholders and product development teams to enhance existing products and develop tailored solutions for the education sector.Knowledge/Experience:Proficient in sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, Value Selling, or similar, with a background in software/SaaS sales.Proven track record as a sales manager in the education sector, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.Commitment to personal development through training, workshops, and industry conferences.Effective communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Expertise in driving the sales process from planning to closure.Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities.Key Competencies:Thrives in high-pressure environmentsDemonstrates strong leadership and teamwork qualitiesCapable of operating at a senior/executive levelAdaptable and agile in response to changing market dynamicsProactively challenges existing processes and proposes enhancementsCommercially astute with clear and concise communication skillsMeticulous attention to detailWhy Join IRIS?At IRIS, we value people-first leadership, meaningful work, and shared success.
