Senior Salesforce Solution Architect You will be the first Salesforce Architect to join this new Salesforce Practice working closley with the CTO and Practice director.With an already well-established digital transformation practice working on Enterprise programmes, they have the know-how and framework behind them to make the new Salesforce practice be successful. With a roadmap to hire for the next 12 months, this Salesforce Architect will be integral part of the strategy as they are building the practice from the top down.They are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join them. Someone who has lead Architecture discussions and decisions on an enterprise level.As Lead Salesforce Solution Architect, you will:Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce architectureLead discovery workshops, solution design, and technical deliveryCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutionsDesign scalable multi cloud Salesforce solutions on an enterprise scale.Establish best practices, governance and create reusable assets, templates etcMentor and grow a team of consultants, developers, and junior architectsAct as a Salesforce SME to clients, guiding them through digital transformation journeysContribute to pre-sales efforts, including scoping, estimation, and proposal development when needed.Have excellent knowledge of Salesforce integrations methods and tooling.Own solution documentation, technical specifications, and deployment strategiesSupport recruitment and onboarding of Salesforce professionals Present roadmaps to C-level executivesIdeally you will have:Extensive experience within Salesforce partner ecosystem.Proven experience record leading complex Salesforce implementations.Must have multiple years’ experience as a Salesforce Architect working on Enterprise level projects.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience making the Architectural discussions and leading from the front.Ability to translate technical Salesforce Soltuions to non technical stakhodleTranslate technical Salesforce solutions to non technical stakeholdersSalesforce Certifications and credentials Must haveSalesforce Certified Application Architect or System ArchitectAbility to travel to client site, office or Salesforce tower
