Sales Operations Manager - 12-month FTCUp to £35,000Location: Remote/Hybrid (Location TBD)Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a knack for managing multiple priorities in a dynamic sales environment? We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our cleints team on a 12 month FTC and play a critical role in supporting our partner and channel sales ecosystem.About Us:The company is a global leader in innovative technologies and solutions designed to empower libraries worldwide. They are committed to reimagining the customer experience, making it seamless, intuitive, and inclusive for all.The Role:As a Sales Operations Manager, you’ll provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to our Partner Sales team. Your work will ensure smooth execution of processes, accurate tracking, and alignment with internal sales operations. From CRM maintenance and reporting to partner onboarding and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll be at the heart of driving efficiency and growth.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate partner onboarding and enablement processes.Maintain accurate records of partner profiles, agreements, and performance data.Track and validate deal registrations, ensuring timely reporting.Generate and distribute dashboards and reports on sales performance and pipeline status.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability.Act as a liaison between internal teams and partners for issue resolution.Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition and forecasting.Manage SKU creation, RMA processes, and partner contracts.Ensure timely processing of sales orders and resolve related issues.Provide data and insights for executive and management reports.What We’re Looking For:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.A hands-on approach to understanding and resolving end-to-end processes.A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.If you’re ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, global environment, we’d love to hear from you!
