Procurement Category Manager – Food (12-Month FTC)Location: Hybrid (3 days a week) HQ in HertfordshireContract: 12-month Fixed Term ContractSalary: Up to £60,000 + 15% Bonus + additional benefitsA leading name in the Consumer sector is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager – Food to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a fast-paced, guest-focused business.Working closely with senior procurement, supply chain, and food technical teams, this role will lead end to end procurement and category management activity across a Food spend portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships within the food categoryDeliver best-in-class value through sourcing, negotiating, and contractingCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure supply chain efficiency and food safety complianceDrive continuous improvement initiatives across product availability, value, and guest experienceContribute to wider procurement strategy and support key brand initiativesWhat We’re Looking For:Demonstrable Food procurement experience, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail environmentsKnowledgeable across Food categories, ideally across Meat & FishStrong commercial acumen and supplier negotiation skillsSound understanding of food specifications, allergens, and food safety requirementsA collaborative team player with excellent stakeholder engagement skillsPlease apply to the advert or email your CV to
