This is a busy and varied role involving development, investment, and landlord & tenant work, as well as asset management and portfolio transactions. Working alongside experienced Partners, you’ll benefit from, structured training, and opportunities for progression.Key Responsibilities:• Handle a range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases building technical expertise and client exposure.• Manage your own caseload working to agreed targets and deadlines.• Provide clear, timely advice to clients and maintain strong long-term relationships.• Support business development initiatives, such as drafting articles, attending networking events, and contributing to seminars.• Maintain accurate financial and case records, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures.Requirements:• 1–3 PQE in commercial property law.• Strong understanding of landlord & tenant, property development, and investment transactions.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver advice clearly and accessibly.• Confident IT skills, including case management and billing systems.• Team-oriented with a proactive and client-focused approach.
