The firm prioritises service and client experience. Hybrid working is on offer with an initial office-based period to integrate into the culture and system.Key Responsibilities: Caseload Management: Run a varied and high-quality residential caseload from instruction to completion Client Contact: Provide clear, timely updates and maintain strong relationships throughout the process Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small team of fee earners and support staff in a balanced environment Risk & Compliance: Ensure all transactions are handled in line with regulatory and internal quality standards Systems & Culture: Engage with firm values and systems, with support provided during the onboarding periodRequirements: Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload Familiarity with freehold, leasehold, and high-value transactions A client-focused, team-first approach and strong communication skills Self-motivated with high attention to detail Interest in contributing to a long-term, growth-oriented teamBenefits: 25 days holiday + Bank holidays + Christmas office closure Annual salary reviews Hybrid working
