BIM Coordinator – London OfficeFounded in 2006 in Paris, Reid Brewin Architects (RBA) has grown rapidly, with over 120 team members across our offices in London, Paris, Milan, and Madrid. Known for our technical excellence and design innovation, we offer a vibrant, multicultural environment where ambitious architects thrive.As part of our ongoing expansion, RBA London is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our team and work on major data centre developments across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee BIM delivery and compliance across large-scale data centre projects, from Stage 3 to Stage 5Implement and maintain ISO 19650-compliant workflows, including naming conventions, status codes, and file structuringSet up and manage BIM environments using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM 360), including model sharing, issue tracking, and design collaborationCreate and maintain Revit templates, families, worksets, and material libraries aligned with project standardsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architecture, MEP, civil, structural) to ensure data integrity and model alignmentSupport automation and QA using Dynamo scripting, clash detection routines, and COBie validation workflowsIntegrate classification systems (Uniclass, NRM) and NBS Chorus/Create to align model content with specificationProvide project stakeholders with data dashboards and reporting through Power BI and Revit exportsFacilitate model reviews and visualisations using Enscape, Twinmotion, or Lumion for presentations and internal approvalsContribute to internal standards and process improvements, with an emphasis on scalable, automated workflowsCandidate ProfileStrong proficiency in Revit, with demonstrable experience in family creation, template management, and LOD standardsGood knowledge of ISO 19650 and hands-on experience in audit, setup, and enforcement of compliant workflowsFamiliar with Dynamo for scripting and automation of repetitive tasksExperience with COBie outputs and mapping; understanding of asset data requirementsSkilled in managing collaborative platforms such as ACC/BIM 360, including markups, issue management, and federated model workflowsKnowledge of classification systems (Uniclass, NRM), NBS tools, and structured specification workflowsCompetent in visualisation workflows including rendering and post-processing in Enscape and PhotoshopFluent in English; French is a plusPassion for systems thinking and automation, with a proactive mindsetMinimum 5–10 years’ relevant experience in a BIM or technical architectural coordination roleWhat We OfferOpportunities to collaborate with our teams in Paris, Milan and Madrid, with potential for travel and inter-office workingThe chance to become a key member of our growing London team and contribute to shaping our future25 days annual leaveCompetitive salaryHybrid working (up to 2 days WFH following probation)Private medical insuranceCycle to Work schemeEnhanced company pensionSalary: dependant on experienceInterested in joining a forward-thinking architecture practice where technical ambition, collaboration and innovation are integral to every project?
