Real Estate Associate, 2-5 PQE, International Law Firm

A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (2-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded London team. The practice delivers comprehensive property services, from major transactions and funds advice to development, leasing and infrastructure mandates.You will support a variety of high-value UK and cross-border transactions for clients ranging from blue-chip companies to institutional investors. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials with training from a well respected real estate practice.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising on acquisitions, disposals, and investment transactions (including corporate share acquisitions).Drafting, reviewing and negotiating key commercial real estate documents such as sale and purchase agreements, leases, licences, transfers and easements. Supporting asset and portfolio management matters, including landlord and tenant work.Managing and reviewing real estate due diligence, including reports on title and ancillary documentation.Working collaboratively with internal teams such as tax, planning, finance, and construction, both in the UK and internationally.Providing commercially-focused advice that reflects up-to-date market knowledge.For more information, please contact harrisonstiles@
