Associate – Real Estate NQ – 2 PQE (Investment & Development)ExeterOur client, a Top 100 and leading firm in the South West and beyond, is looking for a bright and ambitious newly qualified solicitor to join their award-winning Real Estate practice which is recognised as one of the best in the UK. The role will be in their Investment & Development team and is open to those newly qualified and up to two years PQE. This is an exciting opportunity to work on big-ticket transactions involving commercial land, retail, industrial, telecoms and office sectors all while developing your skills alongside leading lawyers. The RoleYou’ll be part of our specialist Investment & Development practice, advising a wide range of public and private sector clients, including institutional investors and developers. Your work will span:Sales, acquisitions, and disposals of commercial propertyLandlord & tenant matters and general asset managementReal estate finance, including drafting CLLS certificates of titleMajor regeneration, development, and joint venture projectsCoordinating with colleagues across Corporate, Projects, Banking, Construction, and Energy teams on complex, multidisciplinary mattersManaging your own files and complying with professional standards (Lexcel)Taking an active role in business development, training, and client relationship buildingCandidate Requirements:England and Wales qualified solicitor, ideally with a seat in Real EstateStrong technical skills and ability to manage files independentlySolid academic backgroundEnthusiasm, attention to detail, and a team player mindsetIf you’re an NQ Solicitor with a training seat completed in Real Estate, you would be hard placed to find a better opportunity in Exeter.Our client offers an award-winning place to work, fantastic career progression prospects, learning and development programmes paired with excellent on-going training and support, and competitive benefits as well as a market-leading salary.
