We’ve smashed performance records year after year, and now we’re ready to go even further.The RoleThe Head of Partnerships will own and grow relationships with our most important partners. This role is responsible for increasing partner value through deeper commercial engagement, higher advertising spend, and conversion into ticket-selling partners.This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building playbooks from scratch, and can combine data-led insight with strong relationship leadership to unlock long-term growth.This is not a role for someone who needs a large team, heavy process, or established playbooks. You will build the strategy, execute it yourself, and be judged on results.ResponsibilitiesOwning and growing a portfolio of our top strategic partners, driving deeper commercial engagementIncreasing advertising investment across key accountsConverting high-potential partners into ticket-selling partners and growing their contribution over timeDeveloping and executing account growth strategies that drive mutual valueUsing data and insight to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across the partner portfolioActing as the senior commercial lead for key partners, building long-term, trusted relationshipsWhat You’ll Be Doing (Hands-On)Managing senior relationships with large, complex partners as their primary commercial contactBuilding tailored growth plans for key accounts, aligned to partner objectives and our commercial strategyUsing performance data to identify upsell, cross-sell, and optimisation opportunitiesCreating compelling, data-backed value propositions that drive increased spend and deeper partnershipLeading onboarding of new strategic partners, ensuring fast time-to-valueWorking closely with internal teams to deliver partner outcomes and remove frictionHelping define and evolve our key account playbook, processes, and best practices as we scaleThis Role Is For Someone Who…Has a genuine owner’s mentality — you treat revenue as if it’s your ownIs comfortable operating with ambiguity and creating the playbook as you goIs comfortable being judged on outcomes, not effort or intentThrives as a senior individual contributorEnjoys building from scratch and doesn’t wait for permission, process, or perfect informationCan operate independently while still being a strong, collaborative team playerIs commercially sharp, curious, and relentlessly focused on growthIs confident building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholdersIs naturally inquisitive and always looking for better ways to grow accountsValues trust, pace, and accountabilitySkills & ExperienceProven experience growing large or strategic accounts personallyStrong commercial instinct, backed by the ability to use data to prioritise and persuadeStrong ability to interpret data and translate insight into commercial opportunityProven experience using data to build compelling value propositionsExperience within the UK ticketing or attractions industry would be advantageousExcellent relationship-building, senior stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsExperience in strategic account management, onboarding, and long-term account growthComfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsCommercially minded, with a track record of growing revenue through partnerships
