Product Development Manager

Our client, a specialist tour operator based in Brighton, is seeking a Product Development Manager to join their team on a 1 year maternity cover contract. The role involves leading a small team to create new itineraries and refine existing products. The role is based in office Monday-Friday with a salary of up to £45,000 with the option to work 8 days per month from home after probation.Product Development Manager duties:Proven experience in travel product development, contracting, or supplier managementStrong communication and supplier relationship skillsLeading a small team to develop new itineraries and refine existing productsWorking closely with the product, commercial and operations teamsConfidence in managing suppliers and launching new experiencesProduct Development Manager skills required:Friendly, enthusiastic, and agile in your thinkingExcellent verbal and written communicationSkilled at building relationshipsConfident negotiator and problem solverOpen to frequent overseas travel and flexible working hoursAdditional Information:Office based with 8 work from home days33 days holiday (including bank holidays)Performance related bonusDiscounted travelTeam trips
