You’ll be part of a team of exceptional team of paid social specialists, delivering successful campaign activation across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.In this role, you’ll take ownership of managing day-to-day paid social campaigns from initial brief and planning, to post-campaign evaluation - ensuring we consistently meet and exceed our clients’ objectives and expectations.ResponsibilitiesRun comprehensive performance campaigns and manage complex campaigns through social management platforms.Demonstrate an in-depth practical knowledge of Paid Social best practice, Optimisation Framework, Account Structure, Bidding Strategy, targeting types, and their application to campaigns to generate a high standard of delivery.Build paid social campaigns 'strategies that are structured into clear frameworks focused on client's business objectives & are built upon solid insight.Work closely with key client contacts in the delivery of client campaigns, and be the day to day lead contact for Paid Social campaign management across multiple European markets and client business units.Ensure that we execute and surpass our client requests and manage expectations effectivelyDeliver all campaigns accurately and according to media plans, following QA processes, campaign pacing oversight processes alongside other workflows to ensure success.Support Account Directors and the Business Director in developing investment-led strategies in paid social to help meet our client’s business objectivesActively seek creative and innovative media solutionsManage, guide and mentor your team towards being the best they can be, working with junior staff members across London, Poland, and India.Develop close working relationships with the other departments within Assembly to deliver an integrated service to clientsEnsure clients are informed of Assembly's sustainability offering and credentialsRequired SkillsSkilled in managing client relationships on key accounts in term of driving strategy and ensuring client satisfaction.Proven experience in planning and activating paid social performance campaigns, working to conversion specific KPIs.Proven experience in process management and adapting ways of working to meet client needs.Experience of following QA processes during campaign activation, and of ensuring junior team members follow these processesStrong technical and data skills (advanced Microsoft Excel)Excellent written and numerical skillsExcellent communication and literacy skillsSelf-motivated & willing to take on new ideasKeen to make your mark and pass on your knowledge in an exciting and fast-moving workplace.
