About Ambr:Ambr Payments is building the future of money. As part of a group that pulls together multiple licenses, we offer modern financial infrastructure that bridges traditional systems (SEPA, IBAN) with stablecoins and other blockchain-native assets. We are authorized to issue our new MiCA-compliant Euro stablecoin as the foundation to power cross-border payments, institutional DeFi, and RWA settlement across Europe and beyond.Role Overview:We're operating at the heart of the stablecoin industry, one of the fastest-growing and most impactful sectors in global finance, where programmable money is reshaping how capital flows across borders, protocols, and asset classes.We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of the user, technical detail, and business value. In this role, you’ll help define and execute product strategy across the Group’s financial infrastructure and stablecoin products, working cross-functionally to deliver solutions that serve real-world use cases in payments, DeFi, and beyond.You’ll need to balance execution speed with regulatory readiness, work closely with world class developers, and constantly translate market needs into clear, actionable roadmaps. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role in a fast-moving startup.What You'll Be Doing:Responsible for cross-border payment requirements communication and product design, including but not limited to:Payment account system designSEPA Instant / SWIFT payment channel integration and process optimizationKYC / AML compliance process designKeenly observe industry, competitor, and regulatory trends; balance risks and regulatory requirements to enhance product risk resilienceCoordinate business, technical, and other team resources; manage product development paceWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years of product design and implementation experience in cross-border paymentsFamiliar with SEPA Instant, SWIFT, virtual accounts, and payment clearing/settlement processesKnowledge of international payment products such as e-wallets, acquiring payments, and cross-border remittancesStrong technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with development teamsProficient in English communication and writing, as it is the daily working languageNice to Have:Previous product role experience in licensed EMI, CASP, or BaaS institutionsExperience in risk control and cross-border transaction anti-fraudFamiliar with the MiCA regulatory and EU payments frameworksWhy Join?
