The team handles the full range of IP work. The team advises an impressive roster of clients, across AI, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, and technology. The work here would include licensing agreements, franchising, R&D agreements, advising on IP aspects of commercial agreements and IP portfolio managements including audits and due diligence. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, ambitious professional looking to take on a key role in a dynamic and growing practice. The opportunity offers a clear progression path, far reaching support and varied 'top-shelf' work.The CandidateThe ideal candidate will be 3-5 PQE, seasoned, Commercial IP solicitor from a non-contentious IP background.
