Group HR ManagerArtemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning and multi-site organisation operating across NI and ROI in the recruitment of a Group HR Manager for their premises in Greater Belfast.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, driving HR strategy, culture, and operational excellence across a growing business. You will design and implement people-focused initiatives, policies and initiatives to enhance engagement, talent and succession planning and improve company culture. Duties include:Shape and lead a long-term HR roadmap that supports business priorities and growth plans.Partner with senior leadership on structural planning, team development, and succession strategies.Build a culture that values performance, development, and cross-functional teamwork.Oversee the full 360 recruitment and selection process to attract and retain talent Devise and execute on programs that support professional development, leadership readiness, and internal mobility.Spearhead initiatives that measure and improve employee satisfaction and morale.Provide specialist HR Advisory support on Employee Relations in handling matters, ensuring consistency and fairness.Embed inclusive practices to promote equality and foster a diverse workforce.Manage salary structures, recognition initiatives, and internal progression frameworks.Collaborate with finance to administer payroll and optimise benefits packages.Monitor and apply statutory requirements related to employee entitlements and pension schemes.Identify capability gaps and implement training programs that support both individual and business growth.Lead apprenticeships, mentoring schemes, and leadership pathways.Cultivate a learning-oriented environment that encourages upskilling and career advancement.Ensure all HR practices meet current employment laws and regulatory standards.Keep internal documentation, including policies and handbooks, current and compliant.Maintain robust health 'safety, GDPR, and labour law awareness across the organisation.Monitor and analyse HR metrics to inform inform decision-making.Use metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and refine approaches accordingly.Full Job Description Available Upon Request What will you require?Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a HR Manager Obtained HR Degree or CIPD QualificationDemonstrated experience in organisational change, mergers and restructuring Proficient in utilising and implementing HRIS Systems In-depth knowledge of ROI and NI Legislation How to apply?If you are an experienced HR Manager seeking to work in an exponentially growing and award-winning business in which you can make a significant impact.
