HR AdvisorBirmingham Centre£35,000 + car allowance (£4500) Full time & PermanentHybridAre you an experienced HR Advisor looking to specialise in employee relations and want to work for a market leading brand with great progression opportunities?I am currently working with a large professional services client who are looking for an experienced HR advisor who can independently handle a large number of employee relations cases. Working in an experienced team, supporting a large workforce of c. 2000 employees this role includes:Handling c. 20-30 short and long term sickness cases per week Handling 10-15 more complex ER cases per week such as disciplinaries and grievances Coaching and supporting managers through performance management cases to develop high performing teamsSupporting managers with onboarding, offboarding and exit interviewsSupporting wider people team with TUPE This is a full time position working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 3 days to be office based, 2 days from home.For this role we are looking for experienced HR Advisors who either have a CIPD qualification or can demonstrate a thorough understanding of UK employment law and be self motivated to keep up to date on legislative changes. You will be able to demonstrate experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environments, independently handling your own ER cases from start to finish including sickness absence and more complex cases.Any prior experience supporting during TUPE would be desired along with experience working with HRIS proactive self-starter who is motivated to beat their own objectives and work with the business to deliver and be highly organised knowing how to prioritise and meet objectives.
