Because there’s proper equity on the table.What you’ve probably done beforeDelivered £5–10m projects in M&E, building services, or complex install environmentsLed teams spread across regions or multiple sitesManaged tier 2 subs, not just from a contract point of view, but actually getting stuff done on the groundTaken full ownership of P&LFixed messy systems, scaled process without killing agility, and kept control while growing fastBonus points if you’ve worked in data centres, healthcare or pharma.
