You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team of engineers and consultants, delivering high-quality services to clients and driving repeat and new business opportunities.You’ll be responsible for:Leading mechanical design on complex projects and coordinating across disciplines.Acting as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying future opportunities.Supporting and mentoring a high-performing local team, contributing to staff development and technical excellence.Managing project resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.Promoting the full range of services offered and contributing to bid preparation and business development.About YouTo thrive in this role, you’ll bring:Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, ideally within a consultancy environment.Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical services.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in design tools such as Revit and AutoCAD.A proactive, open-minded approach and a passion for sustainable design.Familiarity with British Standards and complementary disciplines such as acoustics, fire engineering, and environmental modelling.Why Join?We offer a supportive and inclusive work culture where your individuality is valued and your professional growth is prioritised.
