The Business Development Director will be able to demonstrate proven experience of selling into Clinical Operations.Benefits include industry leading commission plan, ability to be based fully remotely and opportunity to develop and grow career and progress.Key Responsibilities for the Business Development DirectorOwn and drive strategic growth in your Top-Accounts and region, identifying and securing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO partners.Build trusted client relationships with senior decision-makers in Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, and R&D.Lead the full commercial cycle - from prospecting to pitching, proposal design, and deal closure.Translate client needs into tailored, impactful solutions that integrate our client’s suite of recruitment, retention, and real-world evidence offerings.Deliver a consistent flow of high-quality proposals, leveraging internal resources and collaboration with delivery teams.Key Experience for the Business Development DirectorProven strategic sales & account executive with 7+ years in life sciences, ideally in patient recruitmentExpert in selling into Clinical Operations or similar functions, with a network of senior-level contacts, ideally in patient recruitmentProactive, strategic, persistent, and love building something from the ground up.Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by impact, autonomy, and innovation.Please apply as directed!
