Director of Professional Services

Who we are looking for:The Director of Professional Services, provides leadership, vision, and growth strategy for the Application and Identity Governance Technical Community. Ensures high-quality, profitable service engagements that build a trusted advisor relationship with our clients. Manage key metrics for consulting (utilization, profitability, and revenue growth, customer satisfaction) for the Identity Governance organization.Acts as the point of reporting for all individual contributors throughout the Professional Services organization, the Director of Professional Services is responsible for the care and development of the entire delivery team.Responsibilities:Develop partnerships across other service and domain areasManage a services team of over 10 team membersManiacal focus on client satisfaction during service deliveryOversee team's engagement schedule and resource utilizationOversee creation and maintenance of key sales tools for Application and Identity Governance Area.Develop and maintain key vendor and other partner relationships within Identity GovernanceDevelop relationships across Solution Areas and Practices. Develop relationships with a national, area, and regional Sales leadership. Act as a mentor to all resourcesResponsible for the overall skills and capabilities of the delivery team to maximize quality, performance, and billabilityEffectively train and equip resources to ensure alignment with customer expectations and delivery of servicesResponsible for personnel performance and escalationsManiacal focus on client satisfaction during service deliveryEnhance, improve, and streamline product security service line offeringsGrow, develop, and retain direct reportsAssist sales in identifying and closing new business opportunitiesQualifications:10+ years of information security and/or professional services experienceMust have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Identity Governance and Administration and/or Identity and Access Management domain 5+ years of professional services mentoring and management experienceDeep understanding of consulting financial metrics (utilization, profitability, revenue recognition, backlog).Must have experience leading delivery projects and strong track record of delivering successful solution outcomes for clients in transformation programsDeep understanding of Application Governance, Identity and Access Management; specifically, Governance, User lifecycle Management, and Identity Data ManagementExperience with leading Application and Identity Governance solutions; Pathlock, SailPoint and SaviyntExperience delivering and leading professional services engagements across multiple industry verticals.Operational experience building consulting offerings and taking them to market.Understanding of current cybersecurity trends, threats, and pressures experienced by customer security leaders.Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong desire to grow and mentor individuals both within and outside of the Identity Governance Area.Professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator.Experience interfacing and communicating with clients and partnersExperience in managing multiple projectsExperience consulting, project planning, resource management, scoping, scheduling and implementing Application and Identity Governance solutions.
