We are currently seeking an Interim PA to General Manager & CFO (1UL Europe), to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. The position is based at Blackfriars on London’s Victoria Embankment, just a short walk from Blackfriars tube. This is a full-time temporary role for 12 months (Maternity Cover), requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £48,000 per annum, depending upon experience.The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.THE ROLEYou'll be working side-by-side with our 1 UL Europe General Manager and the Europe CFO. JOB SUMMARYComplicated diary management – arrange meetings on a daily basis, both virtual and in person and reschedule if neededScreening, redirecting and responding to e-mails as appropriate. This may include preparing general email correspondence and reports.Organisation of international and local travel, including preparations of itineraries, visa applications, together with the management of out-of-office requirementsOrganizing local and international meetings on site or offsite, including coordination of country visits and LT meetings. This may include visitor management, catering, accommodation, events management etc. This includes coordinating the preparation for and supporting 1U LT meetings for both GMs.Preparation of materials for meetings as requiredWorking with contacts internally and externally, building a strong network and demonstrating understand and effectiveness in how to get things done efficiently and effectively.Proactively tackling issues related to administrative processes and tasks, making improvements and suggestions to others to simplify and have a more positive impactProcessing expenses and invoices using relevant systemsResponding to queries and requests for information from ULE teams, Market GMs and their teams, Business Partners, based on priorities set together with both leadersLeveraging tools and technology available, investing time to learn and get up to speed on systems and processes that can make your own and the lives of those around you easierSupport 1UL LT team effectiveness through the management of online team channels & team files appropriately.
