They have continued to deliver leading-edge finance solutions through a unique combination of teamwork and technology.From this continued success they are now looking to recruit a Senior Procurement Specialist on a 4-month Contract to allow them to continue their exciting growth plans and lead the selection and implementation of a new core business system. This is a critical project aimed at streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and supporting the company's ambitious growth strategy.The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to the programme, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring compliance, minimising risk, and securing the best possible value.Role responsibilities.Procurement strategy & planning for system selectionLeading RFI/RFP development and vendor evaluationContract negotiation and compliance with FCA standardsActing as procurement lead and key point of contact for internal stakeholdersRisk management and due diligenceSupporting project delivery alongside the Programme ManagerKey skills required.7–10+ years in strategic procurement, especially around enterprise software selectionDeep understanding of contract law, procurement best practices, and vendor negotiationExperience in financial services (asset finance a strong plus)Strong stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and project delivery skillsIdeally MCIPS-qualifiedSo, why would you want to work here?They have a great working environment and they are an ambitious business.
