The opportunity:An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within one of the leading POS providers in Europe; working with top retailers and many major High Street brands, they provide high quality, fast turnaround POS in-store displays.Currently seeking a Structural Designer to join their design team, based in South London. If you have a passion in designing, developing and producing 3D prototypes to a high standard within required and sometimes tight timescales then we'd love to hear from you.What we're looking for:They are seeking a talented Senior Structural Designer to join their creative team, specialising in 3D cardboard and point-of-sale (POS) display solutions. You’ll turn client briefs into innovative,practical designs—supporting some of the UK’s leading retail brands and campaigns.Develop custom structural designs for retail, POS & exhibition displaysUse Kasemake & Adobe Suite to create visuals, CAD drawings & prototypesProduce accurate white & colour mock-ups for client reviewEnsure designs are practical, cost-effective, and meet all specificationsStay current on trends & techniques; bring innovation and creativity to our already creative team, while ensuring your structures are substantial, fully tested for stability and accuracy to the full display requirementWhat you'll bring:Proficiency in Kasemake is essentialExperience with Adobe Suite, Mac/PC systemsExperience within the POS retail marketplace would be preferableExcellent working knowledge and understanding of cardboard and the production methodsHighly proficient in creating accurate drawings, with the added ability to create 3D renders in Kasemake CAD softwareCreative mindset with excellent attention to detailThe softer skills that we believe will help you thrive in this role:Creative and commercially awareGreat communicator and team playerSelf-motivated, proactive, and flexibleStrong focus on quality, efficiency, and resultsA collaborative team player!
