The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.Key Responsibilities:The Head of Commercial is responsible for developing and executing Achieve together’s commercial strategy. This includes identifying opportunities for growth, managing relationships with commissioners and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The role is pivotal in driving occupancy, optimising pricing, and expanding market presence through strategic partnerships and new developments.Requirements:Bachelor's/master’s degree in business, finance, or related field.Extensive experience in commercial roles, preferably in Social Care or a related sector.
