From swim schools and gymnastics clubs to academies and football clubs, our customers play a vital role in their communities and were here to make their lives easier. The OpportunityWere looking for a hands-on Sales Lead with sector knowledge of the childrens activity space - someone who knows how these organisations operate and what makes them tick. This role is perfect for an experienced Account Executive ready to step up into leadership while still owning a pipeline and closing deals. Youll manage and coach a growing sales team, bring commercial insight to strategic decisions, and ensure we stay ahead of the curve in a fast-moving SaaS environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Operational LeadershipContribute to sales strategy and go-to-market planningSet and deliver sales targets across the teamOwn and report on sales forecasting to the wider businessMonitor the competitive landscape and feed insights back into our positioningTeam Management & CoachingLead and coach both SDRs and AEs to hit their KPIs and grow professionallyConduct monthly 1:1s, performance reviews, and support career progressionRecruit and onboard new team members as we scaleMaintain and enforce the commission and incentive schemeSet clear KPIs and ensure accountability across the teamSales Process & ExecutionOwn and optimise the sales funnel from lead to closeApprove customer contracts and ensure commercial alignmentLead by example with your own active pipelineEnsure smooth handovers to onboarding and account management teamsBring the voice of the customer into product and GTM discussionsWhat Were Looking ForProven success as a SaaS Account Executive, ideally within a scale-up or fast-growth environmentStrong understanding of the childrens activity sector (e.g. franchises, swim schools, gymnastics clubs, etc.)A natural coach with a collaborative approach to leadershipComfortable balancing sales execution with team managementCommercially astute and confident influencing across departmentsOrganised, data-led and proactive in driving improvementsStrong communicator and customer advocateWhy Join Us?Be part of a growing team with a clear purpose and real impactShape the future of how we support a critical sectorWork with a supportive and experienced leadership teamShare options available for high performers
