This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated paralegal with prior conveyancing experience to take on a hands-on, varied role. You’ll work closely with a senior fee-earner and have regular client contact, contributing to high-quality real estate transactions from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for: Assisting with all stages of conveyancing transactions, from instruction to post-completion Managing and progressing live files under supervision Drafting reports on title, mortgages, and searches (with guidance) Raising and reviewing enquiries on title and contract packs Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors Preparing financial statements and handling administrative post-completion tasks This role would suit someone proactive and commercially aware, who enjoys working as part of a team and is confident working to deadlines.
