With over 50 Partners and 150+ fee earners, the firm offers city-quality work in a regional setting.The RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with a Partner on a busy caseload of residential property matters, with a particular focus on the retirement living sector. The work is varied and fast-paced, often involving clients who are both selling their existing homes and purchasing new retirement properties, with the firm instructed on both transactions.Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completionHandling sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), remortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equityMaintaining excellent client care, particularly with elderly clients, where strong communication and telephone skills are essentialSupporting more complex matters under Partner supervisionRequirementsQualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 13 years PQEExperience in residential property law, including landlord and tenant mattersStrong communication, time management and client care skillsConfident using IT systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel and case management softwareA team player with a commercial mindset and attention to detailWhats on OfferCompetitive salary depending on experienceHigh-quality work within a respected, growing property teamExcellent training and career progression prospectsA comprehensive benefits packageTo apply, please submit your CV or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
