Job DescriptionA leading top 100 regional law firm are seeking a qualified conveyancer or residential property solicitor to join their busy, dynamic residential property team in Brighton, Sussex.You will work on a variety of residential property transactions to include acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, lease extensions, probate sales, new builds and transfer of equity. You will work primarily for clients purchasing in the Retirement Living sector. You will also assist with marketing and business development initiatives.Candidates will be newly qualified or will have several years of experience and will be qualified as a legal executive, conveyancer or solicitor. You will have exposure to leasehold matters in particular will be beneficial. You should have experience of managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm working with interesting clients.
