Job Description Corporate Solicitor | NQ3 PQE | BrightonThis isn't another volume shop churning out basic M&A templates. You'll handle share and asset purchases, corporate restructuring, due diligence, joint ventures, substantive transactional work for a national client base with a Legal 500-ranked team that's genuinely regarded.The department is busy, well-resourced, and growing.
