Job Description About the role:The role of Recruitment Consultant at Davies Talent Solutions involves working alongside the wider team to deliver high-quality candidates for our (predominantly) Insurance Clients. This role is considered a 180-role, with limited business development responsibilities initially. Your core focus is candidates, building a reputable, credible personal brand, using which you will create a strong pipeline of industry and role-relevant candidates. ResponsibilitiesUnderstand core client requirements and employer value propositions.Build and maintain high quality pipelines for frequently-recruited roles.Meet with candidates remotely and on-site to ascertain suitability for client roles. Building strong knowledge of our vertical markets, sharing critical market information with the broader team.Using Davies suite of technology alongside social media and CV libraries to advertise, market, and source.Provide advice guidance and coaching to candidates on interviewing and skills testing.Qualify job specifications/salary information and record accurate and comprehensive job descriptions.Develop your knowledge of the wider consulting business areas.Demonstrate the Davies values and behaviours to ensure we are providing a best-in-class candidate and client experience.QualificationsSome experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essentialDemonstrable work ethic and dedication to learning and personal development is key!Tenacity and resilience are importantGoal orientedAble to take feedback and enjoys learning from othersEnjoys interacting with people, building relationshipsOperates with integrity and takes pride in their personal brandTeam player but able to take ownerships of tasks end-to-endA genuine desire to progress to creating and managing client-relationships, with time
