Student Recruitment Officer

Tempus Training is an Ofsted Grade 1, Independent Training Provider.We deliver over 600 online courses every month across the UK through Government funded contracts and support thousands of individuals each year to gain skills and qualifications to develop their careers and improve their lives. The Student Recruitment Officer will be responsible for promoting the company and training services, through a variety of channels, to engage individuals to enrol onto various employability related training programmes. Key Responsibilities: Develop & maintain a student engagement strategy and schedule of activities Promotion of training services to all relevant stakeholders Develop & maintain the company’s network of referral partners (Job Centre, Probation, etc) Develop & maintain the company’s referral partner database Maintain regular contact with local stakeholders Attendance at all relevant networking meetings Engage with employers & recruitment agencies to identify learner employment progression opportunities Liaise and communicate with other team members to ensure learner progress Managing online advertising, and updating the vacancy management system Work to monthly targets based on the generation of learner referrals Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications required: Expert communicator both written and verbally Good marketing skills Excellent skills Experience of Social Media Marketing Experience of creating marketing campaign materials Proven ability to deliver work to a high standard All posts are subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
