Job DescriptionSenior Recruitment Consultant IT & Data AnalyticsBrightonPermanent People are working with a unique, independent recruitment business in Brighton who are hiring a 360 recruitment consultant, for their established Data Analytics and IT division.The RoleYou will be joining a currently successful team, whose focus is growing business in the IT and Data Analytics sector.You will have full autonomy in your role, to grow your desk, with the full support of an experienced management team.Youll work within a small team, in a collaborative environment, gaining new clients and building a network within this industry.Benefits & Package In place is a commission scheme with no threshold.You will earn commission per month and per quarter, as well as this, you will also earn an annual bonus as well.Theres a unique working practice in place, which will see you have access to the type of work you do and how youre managed meaning you have full ownership of your desk and its success.
