Labourer PASMA (CSCS)Skilled Careers a recruitment company is working with multiple construction contractors throughout the country.We are currently looking for a CSCS Labourer to expand our team.There is a new position for an experienced labourer in Brighton on a property development site.Duties for the PASMA labourer will include:Operating the Scissor lift/Cherry picker: lifting light materials and supporting other workmen at height.Site Preparation and Maintenance: Assist in setting up scaffolding, clearing debris, and ensuring the site is safe and organised.Material Handling: Move and distribute materials like bricks, timber, and tools to various parts of the site.General Labour Support: Aid skilled tradespeople (e.g., bricklayers, carpenters) with their tasks as needed.Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean work environment.Requirements for the Labourer:Valid PASMA Ticket: Demonstrates knowledge of using the Cherry Picker/Scissor lift.Valid CSCS Card: Demonstrates knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Includes items such as safety boots, hi-vis vest, gloves, and hard hat.Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.Teamwork and Communication: Work effectively und...
