This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic capabilities who is looking to maximise earnings and play a key role within the team.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out advanced diagnostics, fault finding and complex repairsWorking to manufacturer standards and guidelinesSupporting and mentoring other Technicians within the workshopEnsuring high levels of efficiency and productivityCompleting warranty repairs accurately and within agreed timeframesMaintaining detailed and accurate job recordsContributing to workshop performance targets and KPIsRequirementsFully qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)Master Technician accreditation (or working towards)Proven diagnostic and electrical fault-finding experienceStrong knowledge of modern vehicle systems and technologyAbility to work independently and within a teamFull UK Driving LicenceWhats On Offer38,000 basic salaryOTE up to 65,000 (uncapped potential depending on performance)Ongoing manufacturer training and developmentSupportive management and strong workshop structureCareer progression opportunities within a growing group
