Job Description Job Title: Part time HR OfficerLocation: You will be based across regional offices: Horsham, Worthing, Brighton, Eastbourne, Haywards Heath & BexhillSalary: Full time equivalent 30kHours: Part time between 25h - 30h, this is 12 months fixed term contractAbout the Role:We are seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time HR Officer to support our people operations across multiple regional locations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys variety in their work, building relationships with teams across sites, and providing practical HR support in a fast-paced environment.You will work closely with managers and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, recruitment support, and compliance. The role includes regular travel to regional offices/sites to ensure consistent HR support and presence. Driving license and own transportation required. HR Officer Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employeesAssist with recruitment processes including advertising roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviewsSupport employee onboarding and induction processesSupport the HR Manager with employee relations matters including absence management, disciplinary processes, and grievancesEnsure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across sitesHR Officer will have / be:Previous experience in an HR Officer or HR Advisor roleSolid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organisational and administrative abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage a varied workloadJBRP1_UKTJ
