Business Analyst | Salesforce - PERM - Crawley and Brighton - Hybrid working - 55,000pa My client are looking for a looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to champion Salesforce in the organisation and work directly with their brands to maximise its value. Working closely with the Central Salesforce team, the Salesforce Business Analyst will act as a Power User, bridging the gap between teams. The Salesforce Business Analyst will play an important role in gathering and translating business requirements, supporting feature development, testing and roll-out, training and championing adoption and best practice across teams. You will need to have - Experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce & CRM-focused Power User role - Understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows and validation rules - Knowledge of data structures, data integrity principles and CRM best practices - Fantastic time management and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively and work to strict deadlines This role is a permanent, full time role, with 2 days worked in the Crawley office, 1 day per week worked in the Brighton office and the rest worked remotely.
