An industry-leading facilities and building services provider is seeking an experienced and well-organised Extra Works Manager to oversee the delivery of minor project works(up to the value of 50,000) at a flagship commercial site in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and professional on-site team, managing a wide range of additional works from initial scoping through to completion. As the Extra Works Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of quoted works on-sitemanaging everything from client requests and contractor coordination to cost control, health & safety, and quality assurance. You will work closely with the site operations and compliance teams to deliver minor works and small projects within a live, operational building environment. Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of extra works and small projects in line with client expectations, company procedures, and compliance standards. Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and quotations for approval. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and KPIs, and report progress to the on-site management team. Ensure all works are delivered safely and in compliance with statutory and site-specific requirements. Manage project documentation including RAMS, permits, purchase orders, and completion certificates. Liaise with the client team to identify upcoming opportunities for extra works and support budget forecasting. Requirements: Proven experience in managing small works or minor projects within a building services, FM, or construction environment. Excellent organisational and communication skills with a focus on customer service. Sound knowledge of health & safety, CDM regulations, and permit-to-work systems. Ability to manage multiple concurrent works efficiently and effectively. IT literate (MS Office, CAFM systems) and comfortable working with project documentation. TPBN1_UKTJ
