Relationship Manager

Hybrid role -Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people affected by cancer? We're looking for a proactive and personable Relationship Manager to join a small, dedicated team at a well-established Sussex-based charity that partners closely with the NHS.You’ll play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, corporates, and grant funders to support vital services and life-enhancing projects for cancer patients across Sussex.Key Responsibilities:*Identify, research and engage new donors, patrons and funding opportunities across Sussex.*Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with high-net-worth supporters, trusts and corporate partners.*Work closely with the Marketing and Fund Manager to develop compelling cases for support and donor communications.*Represent the charity at local events, networking groups, and in 1:1 donor meetings and presentations.*Support the planning and delivery of small fundraising events and stewardship activities.*Use LinkedIn and network mapping to expand reach and connect with prospective donors.About You:✅ At least 2 years’ experience in a fundraising or donor relationship role ✅ Proven success in securing or managing high-value gifts or trust income ✅ A confident communica...
