ISMS.online offers tools and support to help businesses of all sizes achieve their compliance goals.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager at ISMS.online. The CSM will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customers to ensure the client receives as much value as possible from our service. The Head Office is in Brighton but remote working is acceptable. Key Parts of the jobThe CSM's performance will be measured by:Net Revenue Retention (NRR)Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)Growth of existing customer accounts (Upsell)Things that will help you:Experience in customer success and complianceKnowledge of compliance standards like ISO 27001Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience in information security or data privacy
