You will transform campaign briefs into high-impact visual assets across paid media, TikTok Shop, Meta, and CRM - using AI-first production methods. This is a rare opportunity to help define how a modern consumer brand builds creative at scale. Your goal is imagery that feels intentional, premium, and brand-aligned, not generic.Synthetic Creative ProductionTranslate campaign ideas into fully realised AI-generated assets, including:Product lifestyle scenes and ingredient environmentsStylised product renders and campaign imagerySocial-first marketing visuals for TikTok, Meta, and beyondPerformance Marketing CreativeDesign with commercial outcomes in mind. You understand how visual decisions drive CTR, engagement, and conversion. You will produce assets optimised for:TikTok ShopMeta AdsEmail and CRM campaignsLanding pagesCampaign Visual SystemsDevelop cohesive visuals across campaigns - building libraries of AI-generated assets that maintain a consistent style from advertising through to social and email.AI Workflow DevelopmentBuild scalable creative pipelines using node-based tools like ComfyUI, allowing the team to iterate quickly and replicate high-performing visual concepts at scale.Motion & Emerging ToolsExperiment with AI video tools such as Veo, Runway, and Sora to explore how our visual systems evolve into motion content. This is exploratory alongside the primary image-led remit.What We're Looking ForStrong Design Portfolio (Required)You must submit a portfolio demonstrating both design fundamentals and AI-driven creative work. We want to see:AI product photography and campaign creativeMarketing assets integrated into finished design piecesEvidence of visual system thinking across a brand or campaignExceptional Visual TasteYou have a strong command of composition, lighting, colour theory, and visual hierarchy. You know how to guide AI tools to a precise creative result - not just accept what the model gives you.ExperienceAt least 3 years in a design role, in-house or agencyProven ability to translate marketing objectives into effective creativeHands-on experience with generative AI tools: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or similarStrong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects) and FigmaMindsetYou bring ideas, not just execution.
