Senior Civil Design Manager – Water Projects | Falmer (Hybrid)Looking to step into a senior leadership role where you own the full design lifecycle on meaningful infrastructure projects?We’re supporting a leading design & build partner in the water sector, hiring aSenior Design Managerfor a key regional delivery team based near Brighton.The role in short: Lead multi disciplinary design teams through complex project portfolios Own design scope, delivery strategy, and commercial performance Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders Ensure high-quality, safe, and sustainable design outputs Support construction and commissioning phases when requiredWhat you bring: Chartered Engineer status (or on the path) Experience leading design on water or civils infrastructure projects Strong grasp of CDM, H&S regulations, and quality standards Comfortable steering delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative settingWhy consider this?
