You'll be trusted to build your skills, backed by experienced partners, strong systems, and a loyal client base built over decades.The WorkYou'll handle a broad and stimulating litigation caseload with real variety:Property litigation: landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, dilapidations, lease disputesCommercial contract disputes: breach of contract, professional negligence, business disputesContentious probate: will disputes, inheritance claims, executor/trustee disputesCourt attendance, advocacy, client advisory workDrafting pleadings, witness statements, applicationsThis is hands-on litigation from day one.
